Els encants

Els encants vells i la Fira del Bellcaire.

En els Encants podrás encontrar artículos nuevos o antigüedades. Es una de los mercados más antiguos de Europa.

Situado en la plaza de les Glòries, existe desde el siglo XV.

Cuenta con unos 500 profesionales y comerciantes, en un espacio de alrededor de 1500m2.

Visitado cada semana por 100.000 consumidores.

En els Encants hay sitio para todo y cabe todo. Desde muebles antiguos a telas por metros, pasando por electrónica, alta tecnologia y artesanía.

El mercado organiza eventos casi mensualmente. Encontrarás información relativa a ellos aquí.

Datos útiles dels Encants.

El mercado está abierto todos los lunes, miércoles, viernes y sábados, de 9h a 20h, todo y que por las tardes puedes encontrar algún local cerrado. Las subastas se realizan de 8h a 9:30h únicamente los lunes, miércoles y viernes.

Recientemente renovado, els Encants se encuentra en una zona fácilmente accesible con transporte público.

En metro con L1 parada Glòries o con L2 parada Encants.

En autobús llegan las lineas: H12, V21, 7, 92 y 192.

El trambaix T4, T5 y T6 llegan hasta Glòries.

Si se prefiere ir en coche existe un Parking abierto las 24horas en c/ Castillejos, 158.

THE ENCANTS FLEA MARKET

Encants flea market and Fira del Bellcaire.

The Encants Flea Market is the biggest and most famous flea market in Barcelona, although here you can find either new products or antiques. Placed in Glories Square, the Encants exists since the XVth century and it is one of the oldest markets in Europe.

There are more than 500 professionals and merchants in a space of around 100m2 and the flea market receives nearly 100.000 visitors every week. So there is place for all sorts of products and goods that will fit everyone: from ancient furniture to fabrics sold by meters, electronics in general, high technology, crafts, etc.

Opening hours of the Encants

The Encants Flea Market opens every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9:00am to 8:00pm. It is best to go in the morning because in the evening it is possible that you find some of the stalls already closed.

Auctions take place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 to 9:30am.

Els Encants: Other Useful information

The Encants were renovated a few years go, and place in a newer area protected from the rain. It is very easily accessible by public transport:

Subway/Metro: Glòries (L1) or Encants (L2).

Bus: H12, V21, 7, 92 and 192.

Tram: Glòries (T4, T5 and T6).

If you prefer to go by car, it may not be easy to find parking on the street, but there is a 24h parking in C/ Castillejos, 158, near market.
